Valbona Sulçe është studjuese e gazetarisë dhe gazetare nga Tirana. Ajo ka kryer studimet e universitare për Gjuhë dhe Letërsi si dhe është diplomuar në nivelin Master për Studime Europiane në Universitetin e Tiranës. Aktualisht vazhdon studimet doktorale pranë Departamentit të Gazetarisë dhe të Komunikimit të UT. Interesat e saj kërkimore dhe shkencore përfshijnë: diversitetin në media, barazinë gjinore, raportimin e lajmit dhe etikën e medias.
